Marie Curie: Remember a Charity

Sometimes, you just know a film is going to work out well

It was great to have Marie Curie patron Stephen Mangan (the actor best known for his roles in Episodes, Green Wing, and many more!) read the voiceover.

Alexandra Becker created some beautiful and intelligent storyboarding work, and the exceptional final artwork from artist Gill Ha meant we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Being able to work on projects like these – projects that need a delicate touch to deal with sensitive topics, projects that increase the good in the world – these are the ones that get us excited to come to work.

CC Animation Studio has worked with Marie Curie in the past, and we have also had personal experience of using their services with close relatives who needed end-of-life care. Much of the story of this film was based on things that had happened during those experiences: the knowledge they gave us and even the last words, ‘Thank you’.

To enable them to do the fantastic work that they do, charities like Marie Curie get much of their funding from people’s wills. Please watch the film and consider remembering them in your will.
